Your data is used exclusively to provide the RunlyAI service. Specifically, we process uploaded financial files to generate reports, analyses, and reconciliations. We do not sell your personal information or client data to third parties.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties

To provide our service, we securely transmit your uploaded documents to enterprise AI providers like OpenAI, Google and Anthropic. Our agreements with these providers strictly prohibit them from using your data to train their models. Your data is processed transiently and is not retained by them beyond the immediate request lifecycle.

4. Data Security & Storage

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We utilize Supabase for secure database and file storage. You maintain the ability to delete your uploaded documents and generated reports at any time through the application interface.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
